Currently Accepting New Clients!
As a therapist, I'd like to say I'm pretty down to earth and try to keep things real, often using humour to help clients feel more at ease, since therapy can be difficult and heavy at times. I'm definitely not a robot, I try to bring my authentic self into every conversation, likely sharing a personal story or two, so you can get to know me along the way, too.
I am big on work-life balance, so outside of being a therapist I try to fill my life with the activities I enjoy the most. I tend to spend my time finding new coffee shops to try, taking my dogs (Opie & Hank) on adventures, strength training at the gym, or finding a new show to watch on whichever streaming platform seems the most interesting at the time (currently White Lotus and Hell's Kitchen).
